We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design, configuration, development and ongoing improvement of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom applications). You will build solutions on the Salesforce platform, establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, mentor developers and help drive reliable delivery through CI/CD and source-driven development practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform configuration tools
Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical designs that align with Salesforce platform best practices
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, promote reusable design patterns and improve overall code quality across the team
Mentor a team of developers by assigning work, removing blockers and coaching team members
Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, events and secure callout patterns
Own engineering practices around source control, pull requests, branching strategy, CI/CD and release governance across Salesforce environments
Partner with architects, QA and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, estimate and deliver value iteratively
Support production stability by troubleshooting defects, improving observability and reducing deployment and release risk
