Senior Product Manager - Falcon Writer

Responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and quality control checks. Turn ambiguous, early-stage problems into clear technical requirements and prioritized, shippable work.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality.
• Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing and work directly with medical writers, regulatory, and clinical teams to understand their document workflows, source data, and compliance requirements in detail.
• Define the metrics that matter, including authoring speed, draft quality, and adoption, and use them to drive prioritization.
• Be accountable for the success of the product
