Responsibilities
- Compliance Monitoring Operations
- Conduct B2B compliance monitoring and oversight across all jurisdictions.
- Execute regular Change Management checks, Platform checks, Back Office process reviews, and Umbrella monitoring.
- Process Oversight & Reporting
- Monitor KYC process execution, Due Diligence processes, and oversight of technical changes and reporting systems.
- Document monitoring results, identify non-compliance risks, and report findings to the Team
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
