We're looking for an Agent Factory Product Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling intelligent agents across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Intelligent Agents
- Design, build and deploy AI agents that solve real customer and business problems.
- Create agents that deliver value independently while contributing insights to a broader intelligence ecosystem.
- Translate product requirements and use cases into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Develop MCP-Based Integrations
- Build and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that provide agents with secure access to tools, systems and enterprise data.
- Define and implement tool interfaces, authentication mechanisms and resource access patterns.
- Ensure agents can interact with enterprise services in a structured, secure and reliable way.
