We’re seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex, ambiguous programs at the group and organizational level. This is a full-time, regular position on our Engineering & Technology team.
Responsibilities
- Own group-level and org-level strategic programs with ambiguous scope and high risk, from initial framing through delivery.
- Design execution frameworks and operating models — planning cadences, program reviews, and cross-team operating rhythms — that scale program management practices across multiple teams and domains.
- Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning rigor, balancing short-term priorities against long-term strategic direction to keep roadmap and OKR alignment intact across the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional peers, influencing priorities and decisions across multiple orgs.
