Squarespace is seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to support and evolve the systems at the core core of our monetization platform: billing, payments and orders. In this role, you will provide technical oversight over the critical monetization machinery that accepts orders, processes payments and bills subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Own system architectural vision and design for critical areas of our business.
- Drive best practices for engineering excellence and technical leadership, influence design reviews, question assumptions, point out pitfalls and foster shared understanding
- Set the engineering quality bar for the team through regular, high-quality code contributions across billing, orders and payments.
