We're looking for an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) to join our team in Doha, Qatar in an onsite working mode. This role focuses on enabling AI-assisted delivery by implementing cutting-edge solutions, driving adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and integrating agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

Contribute to AI architectures, ensuring pragmatic integration of RAG, agents, and automation into microservices and enterprise platforms
Implement and embed Spec-Driven Development (SDD) templates and governance into delivery workflows
Build and maintain agentic AI use cases and implement guardrails for responsible AI adoption
Deliver production-grade AI integrations, including LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings within Java/Spring Boot services
Ensure observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specs
Deploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure environments with best practices for stability and security
Assist with KPI tracking related to AI-enabled delivery for adoption, quality, and risk management
Share knowledge through playbooks, training, and mentoring across engineering teams
Implement security, data handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production environments
