GULF ARMENIA is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Software Support and Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure at the filling stations and office premises, including servers, networks, workstations, POS systems, video surveillance/security systems and communication equipment.
- Provide IT support to employees and station staff, resolving problems with hardware and software, network connectivity, printers, POS systems and access rights, keeping interruptions to system operation to a minimum.
- Configure, maintain and monitor MikroTik routers and firewalls, including VPN tunnels, NAT, firewall rules, routing, bandwidth management and network access policies.
- Configure, maintain and monitor Fortinet FortiGate firewalls (FortiOS), including security policies, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN tunnels, SD-WAN, network segmentation (separating the POS, video surveillance, office and industrial networks) and the UTM modules — IPS, antivirus…
- Manage and maintain the devices of the Fortinet ecosystem — FortiSwitch switches, FortiAP access points and FortiClient — and use FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and FortiGate Cloud for centralised management, log analysis and reporting.
- Handle lifecycle management of the Fortinet devices: scheduled firmware updates, timely renewal of FortiGuard licences and subscriptions, configuration backups and stable operation of the high-availability (HA) clusters.
- Deploy and maintain the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi networks and the link between the filling stations and the head office.
- Manage data backup, file storage and disaster recovery processes using the available storage platforms, servers, cloud services or backup systems.
- Configure and maintain Moxa industrial devices, including the switches, Serial-to-Ethernet converters, gateways and communication modules used for industrial and filling-station equipment.
- Configure and diagnose the RS-485 / Modbus communication protocols for integration with controllers, fuel dispensers, sensors, IoT devices and other industrial systems.
