We’re looking for a a Senior Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where we turn data into the insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, and more. You'll own analysis end-to-end for your domain — framing the right question, doing the analysis, and delivering a recommendation stakeholders can act on.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analysis for an assigned GTM domain (Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others)
- Translate ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical plan
- Self-serve on pulling, transforming, and visualizing data using SQL, dbt, and Looker/Omni/Sigma
- Recommend data-driven insights and next steps, not just report on metrics
- Partner directly with revenue stakeholders to answer recurring and ad hoc data questions
- Investigate root causes behind metric shifts (e.g., why conversion rates moved quarter over quarter)
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards and reports within your domain
- Document analytical logic and definitions for team and stakeholder reference
- Mentor Level 2 analysts on query writing and analytical approach
- Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate query development and analysis
