We are looking for a Lead Python Developer to join a modern, lean, and self-governing engineering team, working alongside world-class engineers, architects, and product managers to build a scalable, high-performance platform leveraged by external customers to create paradigm-shifting applications and solutions. This role includes direct daily communication with stakeholders located in the USA, EU, and India, offering valuable experience working in a highly distributed, customer-facing team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to collect and analyze business needs
- Create necessary documentation, including PRDs, test cases, and design docs
- Work as the sole developer on an application from idea to ready product
- Build and maintain a scalable, high-performance platform used by external customers
- Deliver on time with quality while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Contribute to a transparent, trust-based engineering culture
- Question the status quo and seek individual mastery while encouraging autonomy
- Apply cloud technologies and microservices architecture to platform development
- Ensure application security throughout the development lifecycle
- Support information management, data modeling, and system integration efforts
