Consultant Workforce Experience Consulting - Learning Experience and Enablement

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project approach and plan required to meet client enablement needs
• Interface directly with clients by conducting meetings and workshops without oversight
• Lead a small project team of learning experience designers, content developers, and change enablement consultants
• Consult with client stakeholders and SMEs on learning design and change enablement methodologies for project delivery
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders, employee groups, and subject matter experts to gather data and document findings
• Interview internal and external subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners to document and analyze learning needs
• Facilitate live training and train the trainer sessions
• Design and develop comprehensive change enablement and learning experiences tailored to stakeholder needs
• Develop experiential enablement solutions, coaching frameworks, and interactive resources to drive user adoption and behavioral change
• Define metrics, feedback loops, and assessment strategies to measure engagement, adoption rates, and the long-term impact of change initiatives
