We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead analytical initiatives within our Partner Performance Analytics Team. This role plays a critical part in driving partner success through advanced business analysis, strategic recommendations, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of partner performance, profitability, retention, and business growth opportunities
- Own and continuously improve the analytical framework used to evaluate partner success
- Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of bonus campaigns, promotional mechanics, loyalty initiatives, and retention activities
- Identify business risks, performance bottlenecks, and emerging trends across partner portfolios
- Deliver strategic recommendations that improve partner engagement, player value, retention, and profitability
- Design and develop advanced dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance monitoring systems
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into business issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Support senior management with decision-making through analytical insights and business cases
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytical standards within the team
